It has been a long journey working with Global Winnipeg, but there comes a time when you have to move on. Working as a photog with Global News has presented me with so many amazing shooting opportunities. From flying in a Hercules with the Canadian Air Force to chasing forest fires and tornadoes and everything in between. There have been many experiences that I probably wouldn't have had if it wasn't for this job. Not only has this role been rich in photographic experiences but it has led me to work with some amazing people that I can now call friends. I'm going to miss working with these folks. Great people and a daily grind made me feel excited to take on each day. I will look back on my days of working in the newsroom fondly. I can't wait to see what the future holds.
