I explore the abandoned Pinawa Dam, Manitoba's first hydro-electric generating station. Operational from 1906 to 1951, Pinawa Dam played a crucial role in the rapid growth of Winnipeg in its early years. The dam that once brought life to the city of Winnipeg now sits in ruins. Here you'll get birds eye view of this Manitoba monument.
