Lady in Yuantong Temple
An older lady stopped us to say “Hello!”. She was friendly enough to let me get her portrait as well. When I was taking her picture I exposed my first photo poorly and I held up my hand to say that I was going to take one more. Due to the language barrier she interpreted my hand signal as me wanting her to do the peace sign. This miscommunication made for a happy little accident. More of my images from China can be found HERE.

Golden Boi Under a Sakura Tree
I took a moment to photograph this pup on the streets of Old Town Dali. When I looked up from my camera’s viewfinder there were a bunch of locals taking photos of me taking photos of this dog. I guess it was funny to see a hairy white boy photographing a furry golden boi. More images from the streets of Dali can be found HERE.
